The London office also advises on intellectual property, technology transactions, cyber/data/privacy, compensation & benefits, employ- ment and tax matters. Our London competition team advises com- panies on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including merger control, regulatory investigations, distribution and pricing issues, general compliance and competition litigation.
