NCC Group plc Annual Report 2021

Our continued Covid-19 response

Planning ahead to survive and thrive in a global pandemic

When the World Health Organization announced the global pandemic, we began planning to support our colleagues and our customers through the inevitable lockdown. The priority was colleague welfare and customer safety. Beyond that, we set out two clear objectives that would guide our actions: • Maintain a strong Balance Sheet to ensure the survival of the Company and its ability to pounce on opportunities as the pandemic subsided • Maintain the capacity and capability we knew we would need to meet future demand We worked towards these objectives using five strategic pillars.
