Appointment to the Board: 16 March 2017 Career experience Jonathan was Chief Financial Officer of ARM Holdings plc from 1995 until 2002. He has since held a number of Non-Executive Director positions with listed and private technology businesses, including chairing the audit committees at IP Group, Aveva Group, FDM Group, Sophos Group PLC, and e2v PLC. He also chaired the remuneration committees of IP Group and Xyratex Ltd, where he also served as Chair between 2011 and 2013.
