Daryl McGee - Southern Company Manager, OATT & Regional Transmission Planning

Daryl McGee is manager of the OATT and Regional Transmission Planning group in Southern Company Transmission. Mr. McGee has been with Southern Company for over 27 years and has worked in a variety of roles in Transmission Planning, Transmission Policy & Services, and Fleet Operations and Trading. In his current role, Mr. McGee is responsible for providing supervision and technical leadership to a team of highly skilled engineers who conduct technical studies as required in Southern Companies’ Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) and are responsible for all interface and regional planning efforts with other utilities across the United States. Mr. McGee serves on a variety of industry committees and has held formal leadership positions in both SERC and the EIPC.

Anthony Noisette - Santee Cooper Manager, Support and Special Studies

Anthony Noisette is a graduate of both The Citadel’s Electrical Engineering and MBA programs. He has worked for Santee Cooper since 2010 and currently holds the position of Manager, Support and Special Studies in Santee Cooper’s Transmission Planning Department. Anthony served as the chair for SERC's Variable Energy Resources Working Group (VERWG) from 2019 to 2021. He also serves as the vice-chair for the Reliability Risk Working Group (RRWG) and is a member of the Operations, Planning, and Security Executive Committee (OPSEC), Dynamics Working Group (DWG), Short Circuit Database Working Group (SCDWG), and Planning Coordination Subcommittee (PLCS).
