Butterflies are Blooming at Frederik Meijer Gardens Experience the Fred and Dorothy Fichter Butterflies are Blooming exhibition during this specially designed program! Girl Scouts can use this opportunity to work toward a Shapes in Nature or Bugs badge. Rotate through a variety of activities that help complete badge requirements while exploring the how, why and when butterflies fly!

Scout Day at the GRAM Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors are invited to join the Grand Rapids Art Museum for a special program for Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts. Enjoy three floors of art exhibitions, games in the galleries, interactive elements, and art-making projects in the GRAM Studio. GRAM staff and volunteers will lead all activities and provide all materials. Plus, troops can enjoy the new Creative Learning Center at GRAM, with new studio spaces and the Discovery Gallery with various art interactive, hands-on activities! DBJ

Think Like an Engineer Journey Workshop Join the Calvin University and Grand Rapids chapters of SWE to work toward a Journey! Girl Scout Juniors are invited to a day of hands-on workshops to discover how engineers make a difference in our everyday lives. Girls will explore an engineering fair to see projects that professional engineers and Calvin students work on. Each Girl Scout will enjoy hands-on engineering activities highlighting different disciplines will show the girls how engineers make the world a better place!
