THE POP-UP SHOP
OVERVIEW A Pop-Up Shop is a custom online ordering platform built to facilitate bulk merch orders. It’s great for collecting pre-orders or sizing before you place your order, or for ordering and distrib- uting products for limited time merch drops. HOW THEY OPERATE The Pop-Up Shop enables users from various departments and locations to browse products, select quantities/siz- es, and provide necessary information during checkout (name, email, depart- ment, shipping location). Orders are consolidated into a single bulk order with our vendors, ensuring optimal pricing. Shipping can be handled to office locations or home ad - dresses, with flexible invoicing options for departments, individuals, or multiple buyers.

NATIONAL PARKS CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION (NPCA) NPCA was preparing to celebrate their 100th anniversary and they wanted custom branded merchandise to honour the milestone. We worked with the lead buyer to create a promotional merchandise catalog for employees and donors. The Pop-Up Shop was shared with over a dozen branch locations. After the Shop deadline, we consolidated all orders for production, then managed shipping and billing by location.

Orders go through an ‘approvals pro - cess before going into production, so you can ensure the right sign off is in place. Products are either stocked in our US or Canadian warehouses or available virtually, produced on demand with minimum quantities in some cases. HOW THEY OPERATE Buyers can directly order merch from Company Shops. Prepaid inventory is stored in our warehouses, with monthly invoices covering storage, fulfillment, shipping, and taxes based on shipped orders.

We worked together to create the collection, and once product was selected, we built a Company Shop to make the re-order process seamless.
