Craig Freeman has served as Oklahoma City’s city manager since 2018. He began his career with the City in 1992 in the Budget Office, where he later served as budget director for 10 years. From 2011 until his appointment as city manager, Freeman was the City’s finance director.

Gary Jones is the government affairs director for the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®️ . With more than 30 years of experience, he leads OKCMAR’s advocacy on real estate and housing policy and champions community efforts to end homelessness and expand affordable housing. He also serves on the Key to Home Continuum of Care Board and holds leadership roles with the Boy Scouts of America and KIPP OKC College Prep Charter School.

DEBBIE MILLER City Engineer & Public Works Director, City of Oklahoma City
Debbie Miller is Oklahoma City’s first female Public Works Director and City Engineer. She leads more than 400 employees across seven different divisions. She joined the City in 2011 as assistant city engineer and was promoted to assistant director in 2016. A registered professional engineer since 1996, Miller previously worked as a senior engineer for Grossman and Keith, Todd Engineering, and Utley and Associates.
RICK J. MOORE Executive Director Oklahoma Municipal Contractors Association
Dr. Moore has served as executive director of the Oklahoma Municipal Contractors Association since March 1999. He previously worked on the congressional staff of U.S. Rep. Mickey Edwards for four years and as assistant to Oklahoma City Mayor Ron Norick for eight years.
