Making good choices - Avoid unpasteurised cheese and milk, also called raw milk. Don’t eat food that looks or smells rotten, and toss out expired food.

5 Choices

Adequate provision of cleaning facilities and cleaning equipment - Make sure that cleaning equipment is kept hygienic by safely storing it away from possible sources of food contamination.

6 Storage

Washing surfaces and food storage - Make sure that all surfaces that food will be prepared on are washed thoroughly and that the insides of food storage such as refrigerators are cleaned.
