Studio rooms with kitchenette and ensuite bathroom or single ensuite rooms with own bathroom, shared kitchen and shared communal living area. Rooms will be in flats of 4 to 6 Kaplan students, mixed nationalities and mixed genders • Service available: Wi-Fi, Laundry Room • Extra cost of services: £3.70 per wash and £2.60 per dry • Bedroom: Small double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, storage and ensuite bathroom. All bedding is provided and included in the price. Towels and hairdryers are not provided • Kitchen: Hob and combination microwave oven, fridge and all crockery and utensils included
• Facilities: Cinema room, library, ping pong table, bike storage and study areas • Extra cost of facilities: All included in the weekly price • Famous landmarks nearby: College Chapel, The Mathematical Birdge and The River Cam for punting • Visitors or guests allowed? Yes, 3 nights in a calendar month. All visitors must sign in and out of reception daily • Noise restrictions? Yes, after 23:00 • Smoking allowed in the residence? No, outside in the designated smoking area only • 24-hour security? Yes, an out-of-hours team is available on site • Room cleaning: On arrival only • Linen changing: On arrival only • Availability: Over 18s only - available from 06/09/2025 to 29/08/2026 • Minimum number of weeks: One week • Check-in and check-out times: Check in is from 15:00 on a Saturday & anytime on a Sunday. Check out is 10:00 on a Saturday • Room deposit? No, but all students must sign a Code of Conduct on their first day
