• Achieve a baseline cultural competency by existing Directors and staff completing the Centre for Cultural Competence Australia’s Foundation in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Competence Course. • Incorporate the Centre for Cultural Competence Foundation in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Competence Course as a mandatory requirement in the induction program for all new Directors and staff. • RAP Committee members to actively seek and participate in opportunities that grow their knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, histories and current affairs through a range of opportunities and mediums. • Conduct a review of cultural learning needs within our organisation to identify opportunities to: • identify gaps and opportunities • increase understanding, value and recognition
