• Implement and communicate a cultural protocol document tailored for communities we operate in, including protocols for Welcome to Country and Acknowledgement of Country, which will be adopted across the organisation. • Identify and develop an understanding of the local Traditional Owners or Custodians of the lands and waters within our organisation’s operational area. • Increase staff understanding of the purpose and significance behind cultural protocols, including Acknowledgement of Country and Welcome to Country protocols.
