SOLENOID VALVE WORKING MECHANISM
WORKING PROCESS
The concept uses four air cylindrical tanks and a fifth water reservoir tank which consists of water (Phase 1). 1. Air is pumped into the air storage tank with a power of 380W/h by the compressor. 2. When the air storage tanks are full, with a pressure of 430 bar, the air compressor stops. 3. The starter motor powers and the air from the storage tank is released to turbine 1 simultaneously. 4. The starter motor is powered for around 2-3 seconds just to make the turbine 1 to start rotating. 5. Air is filled in Cylinders 1 and 2 within 30 seconds, through the rotation of turbine 1. 6. When air is filled 100% to cylinder 1 and 2, the solenoid stops further air inlet from the storage tanks. 7. Air is released from Cylinder 1 to Cylinder 3 through the rotation of turbine 2, at the same time, water is pumped into cylinder 1 to increase the pressure in cylinder 1. 8. Cylinder 1 would be filled with water (60%) and cylinder 3 would be filled with air. 9. After which, the solenoid stops further air exit from cylinder 1 10. Air from the storage tanks is filled back into cylinder 1, while water in cylinder 1 is pumped back out to the reservoir. 11. Cylinder 1 would be refilled with air from the storage tanks while the water is back at the reservoir, 12. Air from Cylinder 2 is released to Cylinder 4 rotating turbine 2, at the same time the water is pumped into Cylinder 2 from the reservoir 13. Cylinder 2 would be filled with water; Cylinder 4 would be filled with air. 14. The process repeats.

Close 9,5 and 3 when Cylinder 1 is 60% filled with water, Cylinder 3 is filled with air. Open 1 and 9 (unidirectional), the water is pumped back to the reservoir while air is pumped into cylinder 1. Close 1 and 9, Open 10, 6 and 4. Air is released to Cylinder 4 from cylinder 2, water is pumped to cylinder 2 When Cylinder 2 is 60% full of water and air is 100% filled in Cylinder 4, close 10,6, and 4
WHAT IS LEFT AT THE END OF PHASE 1 x Cylinder 1 is refilled with air from storage tanks,
x Cylinder 2 is filled with water x Cylinder 3 and 4 is filled with air x The process repeats with addition of cylinders (5,6,7,8..) after cylinder 3 and 4 until the pressure reduces to a minimum. x The air would be refilled onto the cylinders until the storage tanks have released all the air stored which was generated by the compressor when powered. x The cycle repeats back to the air storage tanks being filled when the compressor powers back.
