FREE US COAST GUARD BOATER’S SAFETY CERTIFICATION COURSE Saturdays, April 22 and 29 at 10 am Maryland law specifies that anyone born on or after July 1, 1972, must have a Certificate of Boating Safety Education to operate a mechanically propelled vessel on Maryland waters. This two-day course satisfies that requirement. While the course will be offered in English, Spanish-speaking students, with a moderate understanding in English, are welcome. La ley del del Estado de Maryland especifica que cualquier persona nacida en o despues 1ro de Julio de 1972, debe tener un certificado de educación en seguridad nautica, para operar una enbarcación de propulsion mecanica en aguas de Maryland.
