anthony and jessy’s story began in 2011 when they were high school sweethearts and grew into a serious relationship over the years. Anthony’s strenuous military training forced a large part of their relationship to be long-distance, but it only made their bond stronger. Each rare moment the two spent together became more precious as they waited for the days when the distance could finally end. Finally settling back into life at home in 2020, Anthony took Jessy to a beautiful stream at Valley Falls State Park to ask for her hand in marriage. This was the same place he had asked her father for his blessing. After only seven short months of planning, the happy couple said their “I do’s” at the Crystalline Events altar in Fairmont. The bride wore an ivory Maggie Sottero gown, while the bridal party donned coordinating emerald green velvet dresses and ties. Once the couple made their vows, it was time to celebrate with their loved ones. Anthony and Jessy swayed to the song “Can’t Help Falling in Love” for their first dance as newlyweds. Dinner was served and speeches were shared before one final surprise: Jessy’s father and sister performed a couple of her favorite songs, making the evening even more special. A dazzling cascade of sparklers sent the couple off into the winter night to celebrate their union at home with their beloved dog, Apollo. Anthony and Jessy spent a sunny honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico, before returning home to married life in Fairmont. The happy pair celebrated a new milestone in their life as husband and wife this year with the birth of their first baby girl in October of 2021.
