January townhome sales increased by 24% month-over-month, to 453, and were 57% above January 2023. The sales-to-listing ratio for townhomes in the Vancouver Region, at 29%, reflected a sellers' market. The townhome median price in January was $900,000, a 1.2% increase from December and 11% above January 2023. The average sold price was $986,573, 0.2% below last month; the average PSF sale price was $648, down 1.3% to last month.
