Only one Design eligible for the DESIGNER'S CHOICE in Section B page 42 Handbook For Flower Shows, 2017 J1-4 BLACK HOLE A DESIGN (see Handbook page 70-79) to be staged on a gray HALF MOON SHELF attached to a gray 6'8" high by 36" wide PANEL. The SHELF is 42" from the ground, 23.5" across and 14.75" at its widest point (provided by the Committee). 4 entries J1-5 HALEY'S COMET A CASCADE DESIGN (see Handbook page 73) to be staged on a freestanding MODULE 24" high with an 18" square top (provided by the Committee).
