Department O - Section 105 - Cookie Jar Contest - Amateur This is a fun contest that shall consist of an EMPTY jar. Jars may be any kind of wide mouth cookie jar, CLEAR glass of approximately 1 gallon capacity, and must be decorated with a " Carolina Country” theme (any type of bird). JAR ONLY, no added boxes or display props. Place tag on front of jar. Cookie Jars must decorated to be displayed vertically. Cookie Jars may be picked up on Monday, October 9, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. Scale for Judging 100% - Jar Decoration Premiums: 1st: $30 2nd: $25 3rd: $20 Theme: "Carolina Country” 0108 Cookie Jar Contest Department O - Section 106 - Gingerbread House - Amateur Theme: Welcome to the Farm Gingerbread House - entry (including board) must not exceed 10" high, 10" wide and 10" long. Materials: Only edible products may be used - such as sugar, flour, icing, marzipan, candies, etc. Graham crackers not acceptable. NO ARTIFICIAL MATERIALS ACCEPT- ED, such as styrofoam or lighting in construction of house. Base material only exception.
