RULES, REGULATIONS AND INFORMATION Bring to Yesterday Village Pavilion Friday , October 8 between 5:45pm and 6:45 pm Judging will begin promptly at 7:00 pm EXHIBITOR MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN!!!
Brasstown Chocolate invites all pie connoisseurs' to bring your best kept "Secret Cookie Recipe" to the Special Foods Contest. Our goal is to have Original and Innovative recipes presented to our judges for tasting. You may use any of the Brasstown Chocolate products, any flavor. Your cookie may be any size and texture, be creative. Must bring enough of the recipe for Judging and Photos, enought to feed 8 people. Recipe must include Brasstown Chocolate and must be verified by receipt or proof of purchase attached to a index card on the back of the typed or printed recipe on a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. Name, address and telephone number of entrant must be printed or typed on the back of the recipe. Brasstown Chocolate is available at Brasstown Craft Chocolate Store on Country Club Road, Whole Foods, Wine Merchants, Musten & Crutchfield or check the website for more locations.Entries that do not have the required recipe and proof of use items will not be judged. Judging Criteria: Product Flavor Recognition : 50 points Taste : 30 points Appearance : 20 points "The Great Cookie Caper" Youth division. For ages 7-17. Same rules as above. Must be different recipe from Adult entry. Contestants are encouraged to bring (5)five cans of food to support our local Food Bank .
