BEST UDDER - The judge will select a first place animal based on udder alone from each of the breeds. All goats will be considered and no entry is needed. If, in the opinion of the judge, the quality of the udders being considered is not worthy of an award, then no award will be made. ONLY RIBBONS WILL BE AWARDED.

THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED: Entries are open to all juniors who have reached their 4th birthday by January 1, 2021 and up to those who have not reached their 21st birthday on January 1, 2021. 1. Each exhibitor may exhibit a total of (4) Jr. Commercial Does. Each exhibitor may exhibit (4) Market Kids (Does or Wethers). EXHIBITORS MAY ENTER DOESAND/ORWETHERS BUT DOES CAN ONLY BE SHOWN ONCE. DOES CANNOT BE SHOWNAS BREEDING DOEAND MARKET KID . Exhibitor must have owned goats for at least 60 days before the show date. 2. Each animal can be shown in EITHER Doe or Market Show (Not in Both) 3. All exhbitors must be able to show animal on their own. Goats not trained to the show ring will be disqualified. 4. Any Meat Goat type may be entered. 5. Health Certificates for OUT OF STATE ONLY goats are required and must be checked before any goats are unloaded. See page 82 for other Health Regulations. 6. One time weigh in will be Friday, October 1, from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Weigh in will be located at the Sheep & Swine Building. 7. All Market Kids must have all their baby teeth and weigh between 45 & 120 lbs. 8. Jr. Commercial Does can have no more than (4) permanent teeth. 9. All horn tips must be dull and/or blunt. 10. All Wethers must be healed from castration. 11. Showmanship classes will be divided into (3) three divisions based on exhibitors age as of January 1, 2021. 12. The Fair will provide first bedding of shavings, any further bedding is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Additional bedding may be purchased on grounds, if available. 13. Check out time for all goats will be 6:00 pm, Saturday, October 2. All goats must leave the Fairgrounds by 11:00 pm, Saturday, October 2. 14. No one may leave during Shepard's lead competition.
