HAULING Cattle purchased within a 200 mile radius of Baxley, Georgia, will be delivered at no charge. Anyone who purchases 5 head or more will also receive free delivery. All other animals will be delivered to a central location in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas for a flat rate of $200 per head. Contact sale management for more details or if your state is not listed. BREEDING GUARANTEE Open females are guaranteed to be breeders. If heifer is not pregnant by 30 months of age, she may be returned to seller and seller has six months to prove her as a breeder. If she is not bred after 6 months, a credit will be issued to be used at the next Circle F Farms sale. Please see Page 36 for Heifer Breeding Option. SALE TERMS Cash or check. Cattle will be sold to the highest bidder. The auction- eer will settle any bid disputes on the auction block. All cattle are to be paid for by the purchaser at the time of the sale. Cattle will not be released until after settlement has been made. Each animal will be at the purchaser’s risk immediately after it is sold. Announcements made on sale day on the auction block shall take precedence over the information in this sale catalog or other advertising. We reserve the right to withdraw any sale lot that does not meet our specifications prior to the sale.
