And believe, they do. LeBlanc credits the festival’s success to what she calls a “super lean, super committed team.” She adds, “There’s something special about working with people who care this much. It’s not just a job. It’s a purpose.” Gracewood agrees. “You can’t fake passion,” he says.“It comes through in every decision, every obstacle, every win.” Looking ahead, both Gracewood and LeBlanc see room for growth - not just in scale, but in depth.
