MEMBER BILL OF RIGHTS As a Coast to Coast member, you’re among a group of savvy travelers who not only appreciate high- quality accommodations but also understand how to measure real value as you experience the outdoor lifestyle. We know this is true because you’ve already made the decision to become an active participant in resort membership, with all the benefits that membership provides. Membership at your home resort and in Coast to Coast means you’re entitled to great travel and vacation experiences all across North America. This is possible because your Coast to Coast membership provides access to participating network resorts and Good Neighbor Parks, as well as a host of other travel and savings benefits. We want you to make the most of your Coast to Coast membership, taking full advantage of every benefit available to you. Coast to Coast expects a high standard from all of the participating network resorts. This translates to a number of things that you, as a valued member, can expect in return. The following Member Bill of Rights is a review of these points. As a Coast to Coast member, you have the right to expect: •  Resort reservations can be booked and confirmed through Coast’s Tripsetter reservation system. In the unlikely event you encounter a problem, please call Coast Member Services immediately for resolution. NOTE: Reservations for your home resort must be booked through your home resort and are subject to your home resort’s terms and conditions. • C omplaints will be taken seriously by Coast to Coast, with acknowledgement, resolution and follow-up with you handled on a timely basis. • Y our nightly network resort campsite fees will be paid using your available Trip Points. • A ll Good Neighbor Park reservations must be booked and paid directly with the Good Neighbor Park. • S ales tax and additional fees, not covered by your Trip Points and payable in cash, may be collected at check-in by the resort or park (see Fees and Surcharges on page 56). • N etwork resorts and Good Neighbor Parks are rated by the Good Sam North American Campground Guide and monitored by Coast to Coast staff to ensure they meet our high standards for cleanliness, safety, amenities and customer service. • C lear, concise and complete descriptions of Classic,

Deluxe and Premier Resorts will be available in both the annual Resort Directory and on our website, CoastResorts.com. Please note: The most current information can be accessed on the website, since it is continually updated as changes occur. • The two ways to make Tripsetter bookings for resorts are by Internet and through Coast Member Services (see page 52). • Y ou’ll be welcomed at the participating network resorts with the same warm hospitality you enjoy at your home resort.
