2024 Coast Resort Directory

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY Be sure to cancel your reservation if you’re unable to stay at a booked resort. If you don’t change or cancel your reservation by 6:00 p.m. (resort time) the day prior to your arrival date, your account will be charged the amount of Trip Points equal to the resort’s minimum- stay requirement. We enforce this rule because the resort may have turned away another guest to hold the space for you. Please be considerate—and save your Trip Points, too. HOME RESORT RESERVATION Reservations for your home resort must be booked through your home resort and are subject to your home resort’s terms and conditions. If your home resort is part of a multi-resort system, all other resorts within that multi-resort system must be booked as specified by your home resort. You cannot make reservations for your home resort or other resorts within the same multi-resort system as your home resort using your Coast to Coast membership benefits, such as with the Tripsetter reservation system or through Coast Member Services. HOSPITALITY CODE OF ETHICS The mutual exchange of hospitality is fundamental to the Coast to Coast network. As a member, you’re both a guest and a host. You’re a host when other members visit your home resort; you’re a guest when you’re the one traveling away from your home resort. Either way, the Golden Rule of treating others as you wish to be treated definitely applies. All members are encouraged to follow the Coast to Coast Hospitality Code of Ethics: WHEN YOU’RE A GUEST… • Introduce yourself, listen to others and join in the fun. • F ollow the rules of the resort you’re visiting, even if they differ from those of your home resort. • R espect your host resort and treat all property as though it were your own. • U nless it’s an emergency, refrain from making unusual or excessive requests. • D on’t be afraid to explore! Ask questions about the surrounding area. • A lways leave your RV site or rental accommodations better than you found them. WHEN YOU’RE A HOST… • B e friendly and polite. Every happy guest who visits adds value and a new dimension to your home resort. • It’s fun to share your knowledge of the area and the resort. You’re the local expert! • Y ou’re likely to make some new friends when you invite guests to participate in activities.
