RULES AND PROCEDURES

LATE CANCELLATIONS If you cancel your reservation later than 6:00 p.m. (resort time) the day before your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the amount of Trip Points equal to the resort’s minimum-stay requirement. SPECIAL NOTES AVAILABILITY Coast to Coast cannot guarantee that any particular resort or GNP will always be in the Coast to Coast network. Check CoastResorts.com for the most current list of participat ing resorts or GNPs. CURRENCY All dollar amounts quoted in the Resort Directory are in U.S. currency. EMERGENCY CLOSURES There are times when a network resort has to close temporarily because of a natural disaster. Reasons can include tornados, flooding, fires, hurricanes, bridge or roads that have washed out, etc. When this happens, Coast to Coast

will make every attempt to contact any member(s) with upcoming reservations at the impacted resort to alert them to the closure. We will also attempt to redirect members affected by emergency closures to another network resort. To facilitate this, please make sure you have a phone number on file with us that we can use to contact you while you are on the road. If you are ever in doubt as to the status of a network resort, call Coast Member Services at 800-368-5721. FEES AND SURCHARGES • In addition to the nightly resort camping fee, other fee(s), surcharges or taxes may apply. Check the resort listings in this directory or on our website, CoastResorts.com, for more information, or check with the resort directly. • 5 0-amp service is not available at all resorts in the Coast to Coast network. However, when and where available, 50-amp service may or may not be included in the nightly rate, and a surcharge,

payable in cash, may be charged by the resort. • R esorts in the Coast to Coast network reserve the right to charge visiting Coast to Coast members for the use of optional amenities such as golf courses, boating, waterslides, horseback riding, etc. • R esorts are permitted to offer optional services to Coast to Coast members (i.e., cable TV, Wi-Fi) for an optional surcharge. Such amenities and surcharges cannot be paid with Trip Points and are payable in cash. HANDICAP ACCESS Members requiring handicap access should contact resorts directly to confirm handicap access availability. LISTING ACCURACY The information published for each network resort and Good Neighbor Park was provided by each property and is presumed to be accurate. If you need additional information about any specific resort or park, please contact them directly.
