COAST TO COAST GLOSSARY FREQUENTLY USED TERMS

CAMPING WORLD The nation's largest network of RV sales, service and accessory centers. COAST TO COAST MEMBER A member of Coast to Coast who is in good standing with their home resort and current with their Coast to Coast membership dues. DAY-USE CAMPING Use of a resort’s facilities and amenities during the day with no overnight stay. DRIVE-UP Arriving at a network resort with no reservation within 72 hours of the time you want to be accommodated. DRY SITE RV site with no water, sewer or electrical hook-ups. FULL SITE RV site that includes water, sewer and electrical hook-ups. GOOD NEIGHBOR PARKS High-quality, open-to-the-public parks that welcome Coast to Coast members at discounted rates. All Good Neighbor Park reservations must be booked and paid directly with the Good Neighbor Park. GOOD SAM CAMPGROUNDS A network of open-to-the-public campgrounds and RV resorts that offer Coast to Coast members 10 percent off nightly stays when they show their valid Good Sam Membership card. GOOD SAM MEMBERSHIP The world’s largest organization of RV owners. Membership in Good Sam provides savings at Camping World locations, discounts at Good Sam Campgrounds, and much more! HOME RESORT Membership resort through which a member joins Coast to Coast and gains access to the Coast to Coast network. Reservations for your home resort must be booked through your home resort and are subject to your home resort’s terms and conditions. If your home resort is part of a multi-resort system, all other resorts within that multi-resort system must be booked as specified by your home resort. You cannot make reservations for your home resort or other resorts within the same multi-resort system as your home resort using your Coast to Coast membership benefits, such as with the Tripsetter reservation system or through Coast Member Services.

HOST RESORT Resort within the Coast to Coast network other than the member’s home resort. MEMBER SERVICES CENTER Coast to Coast representatives that answer member phone calls and respond to member email questions. MULTI-RESORT SYSTEM Two or more resorts owned and operated by a single individual, company or corporation and subject to special rules. NETWORK RESORTS Membership resorts with extensive amenities and services that participate in the Coast to Coast network and welcome Coast to Coast members in exchange for Trip Points. NO-SHOW Making a reservation and not honoring it. OPEN YEAR-ROUND Open for business throughout the year, although the park may not have sites available every day for Coast to Coast members and services may be limited during certain seasons. PARTIAL SITE RV site that includes water and electrical hook-ups (no sewer hook-up). PEAK SEASON High-demand time period at resorts, with special reservation restrictions. PULL-THROUGH RV site where it is not necessary to back in or out. RECIPROCAL USE Right to access membership resorts in the Coast to Coast network by mutual agreement. TRIP POINTS Electronic stored value instruments that are used to book reservations at network resorts in the Tripsetter Reservation system. 100 Trip Points = $1 (rate is subject to change). TRIPSETTER Real-time reservation system accessed through CoastResorts.com or Coast to Coast Member Services.
