Clint Dean | Executive Vice President Clint Dean, is our Executive Vice President and a nineteen year EMJ veteran. He is ultimately responsible for the success of the project and for ensuring that the level of service provided by EMJ exceeds the expectation of the Owner. Chris Grannan | Client Executive Vice President of Preconstruction Chris is a ten year veteran of EMJ. As Vice President of Preconstruction, Chris will provide guidance and oversight to all EMJ personnel assigned to this project, ensure our team’s services exceed the client’s expectations and will be the executive point of contact for Nokian Tyres. Joe Woolums | Senior Preconstruction Manager Joe is a 15 year veteran of EMJ and as Preconstruction Manager, Joe plans, leads, and coordinates all activities associated with project budgeting, bidding and buyouts. He collaborates with owners and designers to clarify project scope, prioritize project goals and develop cost-saving and value-adding strategies. He develops the project budget to assist owners in evaluating feasibility and identifies necessary due diligence requirements to evaluate existing conditions, solicits bids from qualified subcontractors and suppliers, negotiates agreements, coordinates distribution of construction documents, and issues owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders. Joe works with the Project Manager, Architects, Engineers, Owner’s and Subcontractors to ensure the project is bought out to meet the project’s quality, schedule, and budget requirements. Adam Ankers | Senior Project Manager Adam has over twelve years experience, and as Senior Project Manager Adam will provide overall guidance to the proposed project team to establish consistency. Adam will guide the C2C® process and work with our Preconstruction department to ensure

that project expectations are clear and well communicated across all internal channels. Adam will conduct client specific training with our entire proposed project team and make sure that all EMJ team members clearly understand those expectations. Adam, as Senior Project Manager, and our Superintendent will serve as the daily and primary points of contact. Adam will be available as needed to our project team and the Owner, but more importantly to ensure that EMJ meets the Owner’s expectations for every project. James Busbin | Lead Superintendent James has over 33 years of construction experience. As Superintendent he will be the day-to-day liaison with the Owner and their Consultants. As such he will provide site management oversight for all phases of the construction project including coordinating workers, material, and equipment; ensuring that plans and specifications are being followed; work is proceeding on schedule and within budget; all work is being conducted in a safe and professional manner. Ryan Blaylock | Level II Superintendent Ryan has over 10 years of construction experience and will be an Assistant Superintendent working with James Busbin, for specific construction activities, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that plans and specifications are being followed; work is proceeding on schedule, within budget, and is conducted in a safe and professional manner. Chad Marler | Project Engineer Chad will assist the Lead Superintendent and Project Manager in ensuring excellent document control throughout the project. This will include processing submittals, expediting RFI’s, assisting in maintaining the RFI log, assisting with Quality Control documentation, expediting materials and owner provided items to the job site, coordination of vendors and fixture process & updating and maintain
