Quality Assurance Program As the premier Construction Services

and objectives. The following EMJ quality- focused leadership objectives and goals set the standard for quality throughout the organization: · Provide a commitment from EMJ Leadership that quality is a core value of the organization, equal to all other business considerations. · Ensure that resources are available to uphold the standard of quality set forth in the PrimeQC System. · Review and approve policies, procedures, and practices required to ensure the overall function of PrimeQC. · Hold all subordinate positions accountable for their performance under PrimeQC. · Provide a line of communication throughout the organization with regard to quality issues; clearly communicate lessons learned to benefit all projects and their team members. Steps in implementation of the EMJ PrimeQC System include: 1. Implement a Project Specific Quality Management Plan: The EMJ Project Manager and Superintendent will prepare a quality management plan that identifies specific project issues with the potential to impact quality and they will establish a guide to address those issues. To create an effective plan, the project team will review all available contract documents, lessons learned from prior projects, evaluate site-specific requirements, and perform thorough due diligence of the project site. The plan also highlights critical manufacturer inspections, identifies mock- ups that may be required, and outlines a written course of action that is tracked and followed by the entire project team.

Company in the USA focused on executing national construction programs, EMJ has established the PrimeQC System to ensure consistently high quality results for every single construction project, regardless of size. At EMJ, quality control is hard-coded into our DNA. The PrimeQC System dictates that quality standards be defined and measurable, and that they stretch beyond the job site to include our interactions with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers. Our PrimeQC System establishes the standards for quality and outlines the methods by which we will achieve that standard on each job. In our experience, unmet client expectations resulting from a lack of quality control are preventable and must be avoided at all costs. To fulfill the requirements of this System, all subcontractors, suppliers, and EMJ employees must be familiar with and understand the specific requirements of the PrimeQC System and ensure that all facets of the program are carried out. EMJ’s commitment to quality begins at the top and is communicated throughout our organization. We understand that in order to meet the objectives and goals of the EMJ PrimeQC System, each employee must clearly understand what is required of him/ her under the program, work to achieve those requirements, and be held accountable for meeting those requirements. All new employees receive an initial New Employee PrimeQC System orientation as well as regular, follow-up training on a wide range of Quality Control methods and practices. EMJ Leadership reviews the PrimeQC System annually for effectiveness and is constantly seeking ways to improve. The most important component of a QC System is a clearly written set of goals
