Alplas can produce, rapidly, to market requirements and out-compete many imported products, often inferior copies of our own products.
We can also produce to bespoke requirements including colour matching to suit brand and promotion identity - colour that can enhance promotional messages. Our super strength polymers (as used in F1 racing and aviation) can provide a real alternative to expensive metals.

Alplas recycles almost 100% of plastic waste during manufacture with only a very small amount of pre-production waste collected for re-processing. Most plastic products are fully recyclable at end of life and Alplas is working on ways to help industry further improve recycling to allow the highest environmentally friendly standards… watch this space! We can also mould some products in bio-compostable plastic grades and are continually investigating polymer developments to expand this capability.
