SURPLUS ENERGY GENERATOR SYSTEM present
Invest in self-generating energy to reduce reliance on traditional sources and create a sustainable future
Enabling people to generate their power through self- generated energy systems involves equipping them with the necessary tools and resources. In addition, this approach offers individuals and communities greater autonomy over their energy usage and reduces dependence on centralized, fossil fuel-based power grids. Self-generated energy systems provide numerous benefits, including reducing greenhouse gas emissions and the fight against climate change. Moreover, by producing energy from renewable sources like solar, wind, or hydropower, individuals and communities can decrease their carbon footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future. In addition to environmental benefits, self-generated energy systems can also help reduce energy costs and increase energy security. By producing their energy, individuals, and communities become less susceptible to price fluctuations and supply disruptions in the global energy market. This is particularly significant in remote or underdeveloped areas with limited access to reliable energy sources. Empowering individuals and communities with self- generated energy systems promotes sustainability, energy independence, and a healthier planet.
EMPOWERING THE SELF-GENERATED ENERGY SYSTEM
SELF-GENERATED ENERGY SYSTEM
Producing its own energy, a self-sustaining system generates renewable and incredibly eco-friendly power. It's imperative for a sustainable society and economy to depend on intelligent power grids, energy efficiency, and renewable energy sources, as this reduces our reliance on non- renewable fossil fuels.
INTEREST
The demand for renewable energy and energy-efficient services in Europe is already significant, but more needs to be done to meet it. About one in four homeowners are contemplating renovating their heating or power systems. Numerous solutions are available, including solar panels, pellets, heat pumps, intelligent home automation, insulation, thermal window systems, and LEDs.
OPPORTUNITY
We have explored various business models for self-generated energy systems, catering to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, housing companies, and individual homeowners or vacationers. We aim to develop innovative solutions that enable residents to reduce their energy consumption or generate clean energy from renewable sources, thereby saving on exorbitant electricity bills. To meet this demand, our focus is on providing new service solutions that are affordable, convenient, and dependable for residents to access and maintain energy equipment. Creating user-friendly self-produced energy systems can help raise awareness and understanding of the product, opening up a larger market.
Creating Greener World with the System MOVING FORWARD
Our sales are determined by the population of the country we're operating in, with a maximum limit of 1% of that number. So, for instance, in a country with a population of 5 million, 50,000 units of the self-generated system can be sold. To ensure compliance, we will establish a central factory in one country catering to the entire continent. This main factory will produce and distribute the small parts to the local partner company in the respective country. Elquator Holding Berhad will be responsible for managing the centralized factory operations, while the partnership company will oversee operations in the respective country.
THE CAMPAIGN
THE PARTNERSHIP
Elquator Holding Berhad plans to expand its global reach by collaborating with local entrepreneurs in each country to handle the system's production, distribution, installation, and maintenance. The partnership aims to establish local factories in every country, offering numerous benefits like access to local expertise and networking, cost reduction, enhanced productivity, increased innovation and creativity, improved corporate social responsibility, and expanded market opportunities. By leveraging the strengths of local entrepreneurs, organizations can build stronger relationships with local communities, tap into new markets, and drive sustainable growth and development.
THE COLLABORATION
Collaborating with entrepreneurs in the local community can provide many advantages for businesses and organizations. For example, handling tasks such as inventory management, bookkeeping, order fulfillment, and maintenance will become more streamlined and easier to manage. Other advantages include the ability to tap into new markets and better serve the needs of the local population. In addition, local entrepreneurs possess valuable community knowledge, including customs, business practices, and customer preferences. They can help navigate the local business environment and establish connections with potential customers, suppliers, and partners. Partnering with local entrepreneurs can also lead to cost savings by reducing overhead expenses, streamlining supply chains, and ultimately lowering prices for goods and services. Additionally, collaborating with local entrepreneurs can spark fresh and innovative ideas by addressing local issues and demands. Elquator Holding Berhad will form a 50-50 partnership with interested local entrepreneurs in every country.
EXPANSION PLANNING
As the business landscape undergoes rapid globalization, companies must expand their operations worldwide. One of the most effective ways to accomplish this is by establishing major factories on different continents. Not only does this enable businesses to access diverse markets, but it also helps them leverage local resources and reinforce their global presence. Elquator's Group will continue operating at the current facilities aimed at catering to the thriving South East Asia market. Elquator Holding Berhad will handle all aspects of sales and management. This development represents a logical extension of the Elquator Group’s established presence in Malaysia, which has served as its hub for the past five years.
For the initial year and a half (18 months), Malaysia's factory will operate at maximum capacity to meet the demand for orders upon the commencement of four major
factories in another continent. Four centralized factories will be
strategically located in India, Slovakia, Morocco, and Venezuela to efficiently handle the primary activities within their surrounding countries.
THE EXPANSION
MANAGING ORDERS
RESPECTIVE COMPANY
Once the orders are received, the company will process and prepare them
All local companies will place orders through Elquator Sdn. Bhd. Elquator Sdn. Bhd. will sort the orders and send them to the continent's main company.
DELIVERY
INSTALLATION
Once the order is complete, it will be shipped
to the local company responsible for other parts production
The company will deliver and install the system at the client's location
The local company will receive the parts
ON-SITE DELIVERY
sent from the main factory
PARTS AND MATERIALS
The manual for fabrication will provide step-by-step instructions for setting up furniture similar to IKEA's. Companies in various countries will oversee all process aspects, including order management, installation, maintenance, and customer support. The production of parts, including fiberglass parts, Pelton, iron, and powder coating processes, will be the responsibility of a partnership company in each respective country. The primary factory in each continent will supply the pumps, PMG, microvalves, and electronics that the local factory/partnership needs to purchase.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORK
ENERGY STORAGE LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES
Each Surplus Energy Generator system is equipped with a storage unit that includes an inverter. Li-ion batteries are chosen for their high energy density, low self-discharge, and lack of memory effect (except for LFP cells). However, caution must be exercised since they contain flammable electrolytes and can cause explosions or fires if damaged or charged improperly. The characteristics of lithium-ion batteries vary based on their chemistry, performance, cost, and safety. Lithium polymer batteries, which use a polymer gel as an electrolyte, lithium cobalt oxide (LiCoO2) as a cathode material, and graphite anodes, are commonly used in handheld electronics due to their high energy density. Lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4), lithium manganese oxide (LiMn2O4 spinel, or Li2MnO3-based lithium-rich layered materials, LMR-NMC), and lithium nickel manganese cobalt oxide (LiNiMnCoO2 or NMC) are alternative options that may offer longer lifespans and better rate capability, making them ideal for electric tools, medical equipment, and other similar applications. Electric vehicles often use NMC and its derivatives.
