MANUFACTURING SCHEDULE The manufacturing schedule for custom items can be viewed online at bandshoppe.com. Manufacturing schedules posted provide an estimated time of manufacturing. Manufacturing of your order will not begin until the complete order, including style, color, sizing, and payment information, is received. Band Shoppe takes no liability for the delay in manufacturing due to conditions beyond our control which include, but are not limited to, delivery delays, weather, strikes, raw material availability, and other unavoidable circumstances. Occasionally, a question may come up regarding your order in which we are required to contact you. Should such an occasion occur, your order will be placed on hold until we are able to contact you and resolve the issue. We will make every attempt to reach you regarding the issue. Please respond to all correspondence promptly to prevent any further delay in your order. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations for custom manufactured items can only be accepted for a limited time prior to the order being released into production. Custom items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed into production. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES Band Shoppe offers a 30 day Return/Exchange policy on the Return or Exchange of most stock items. Electronics and Warm-Ups only have a 15 day Return/Exchange policy. Before items are returned, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number from our Band Shoppe Customer Care Department by calling 1.800.457.3501 or email wecare@bandshoppe.com. Band Shoppe cannot accept returns unless a Return Authorization Number has been issued. Merchandise is non-returnable after 30 days from dated invoice. All packages returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Any goods not returned in this period will result in the buyer keeping the goods and being responsible for all charges. A 20% restocking and handling fee applies to all returns. An exchange fee that covers the cost of sending the new merchandise back to the customer applies to all exchanges. The exchange fee varies in amount according to the items being exchanged. The customer is responsible for return shipping for both returns and exchanges. All returned items must be in NEW RESALABLE condition and in their original packaging. Shoe boxes must not be written on. There is a $10 fee per box for shoe boxes that are returned damaged, have postage or tape affixed or have been written on. If items appear to have been worn, they will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please allow approximately 2 weeks to process your return or exchange. Special design or custom made items cannot be returned. Custom items include, but are not limited to, custom flags and banners, custom garments, custom warm-ups, any garments or items with screen print, embroidery, custom poms, decorated hoops, and dance sticks. Opened videos, fabric, makeup and hair accessories cannot be returned. Briefs, tights, body liners, and In Stock bodysuits (if opened) may not be returned due to health code reasons. Items worn or soiled cannot be returned. CLOSEOUT ITEMS are non-returnable and non-exchangeable . ORDER DISCREPANCY Please open all boxes immediately. If there is a discrepancy with your order, you must report it to our office within 5 days of delivery . If you do not report discrepancies to our office in a timely manner, additional shipping charges may apply to upgrade the shipping on the replacement or correction of your order. In the event of missing items, duplicate shipments, incorrect sizes or color, lost shipments, or product design defects, please contact the Band Shoppe Customer Care Department by calling 1.800.457.3501 or email wecare@bandshoppe.com. SHIPPING AND HANDLING If your order is more than $600.00, figure additional shipping and handling from the beginning of the chart. The following example will better explain shipping and handling: If your order is $625.00, the shipping and handling would be $45.95 + $9.95 = $55.90. SHIPPING DAMAGE At Band Shoppe, we take great care packaging and shipping your merchandise to insure your order arrives safely. Occasionally a shipment will become damaged in transit. If you suspect any shipping damage when you receive your order, please take the following steps: 1. If possible, make note with the Carrier of any noticeable damage of the package. 2. Open all packages immediately 3. Save all shipping material 4. Notify Band Shoppe Customer Care Department within 5 business days for replacement or repair of your damaged item. SHIPPING INFORMATION • Most shipments within the 48 contiguous states are made via UPS or USPS. • UPS® Next Day Air and UPS® 2nd Day Air are available for an additional charge. • Call for pricing and carrier on overseas shipping. • In Stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days of order approval and should arrive in 2 to 6 business days. • Custom made and special design items will be shipped as soon as they are manufactured.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Shipping Charges
All orders are shipped via UPS or Priority Mail International. Shipping costs on all international orders are quoted on an individual basis. If you place an order via our website, we will calculate the shipping costs and email a quote for your approval prior to processing the order. Any published shipping charges do not apply to orders shipped beyond the continental United States. Duties/Taxes/Brokerage Clearance Charges In all cases, the recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes levied by the local governing authority along with any costs associated with clearing the shipment with their respective customs authorities. We are not able to estimate these charges. If you need to estimate your local costs, we suggest you contact the appropriate authorities with your order information. Shipping Timeline International orders may take additional time to process due to the completion of additional documents required for shipping and item availability as all items must come into our main warehouse before orders can be shipped. As a matter of practice, we ship all international orders once they are complete to minimize the shipping expense to our customers. If you require certain items to be shipped as soon as available, please notify us in writing and we will quote the shipping costs based on your requirements. Please note that shipping international orders in “multiple shipments” is considerably more expensive.
