ARTICLE V
MEMBERSHIP
5.01 The qualification of Members: ofthe Association,the manner oftheir admission into membership and their termination from such membership shall be as set forth in Article V of the Articles.
502 Declarant shall be a Member ofthe Association so long as it holds title to any Lot or Dwelling Unit in the Property.
