1.01 The name of this corporation is Venetian Bay Homeov111ers' Association, Inc~, hereinafter referred to as the Association. 1.02 The initial principal office of the corporation shall be located at 1221 Dunla\Vton Avenue, Port Orange, Florida 32129, which may be changed from time to time by resolution of the Board of Directors.
