18.0j Until such time as Owners, other than the Declanmt, are entitled to elect the Board of Directors, Declarant reserves the right to amend~ modify alter any of the provisions .. c,f these By .. Laws~

_18.,>l At such time as Owners, other than Deolarant, are entitled to elect the Board of Directors, these By-Laws ma)' be amended by the affirmative \tote of Voting Members repr'i~senting not less than seventy-five (75o/o) of the VC)tes presented at an Annual Meeting or a special meeting of the Members and the atTtrmat:ive approval of a majority of the Board of Directors at a regular or special meeting of the Board of Director-s.. A copy of the proposed a,nendment shall be sent to each Member along wi1h the notice ofthe special meeting of the Members or Atm.ual Meeting.
