Try These Exercises To Strengthen Shoulder Muscles!

BILATERALHORIZONTALSHOULDERABDUCTION Stand with your back against the wall and your hands in front of your torso, holding a resistance band. Bring your arms to a “t” flat against the wall, then slowly return to the start position. Repeat 15 times.

FOUR POINT + ARM RAISE Start on hands and knees, hips and shoulders at 90°. Lift one arm out front. Bring it back down and then repeat on opposite side. Repeat 10 times on both arms.

SINGLE SHOULDER RAISE Start by standing with good posture and your arms by your side. Raise one shoulder to a 90 degree angle and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times on each arm.

REVERSE FLY | SINGLE ARMWITH DUMBBELL Start with one knee on a bench, dumbbell in hand as shown. Bring weight out to the side, even with your shoulder. Return to the start position with control. Repeat for 8-10 reps on each arm.

Healthy Recipe: Roasted Beets with Feta & Dill

INGREDIENTS • 1 lb small fresh beets • 4 tbsp olive oil, divided • 1 lb radishes

• 2 tbsp balsamic glaze • 2 oz feta cheese • 2 tbsp chopped dill

DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 425°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment. Peel and cut the beets into eighths. Add to baking sheet and toss with 2 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper. Spread out in a single layer. Roast 30–35 min., until tender, stirring once halfway through. Meanwhile, trim the radishes and cut into quarters. Add to second baking sheet and toss with remaining 2 tbsp oil. Season with salt and pepper. Spread out in a single layer. In same oven as beets, roast radishes 15–20 min., until tender, stirring once halfway through. On a large platter, combine the beets and radishes. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze.
