The joy of noticing.

Some people seem endlessly interesting. Not because they know more than everyone else—but because they notice more. They’re the ones who return from a holiday with stories you’ve never heard before. They notice the tiny café tucked away down an alley. They remember an unusual fact from a documentary they watched months ago. They ask questions that make everyone at the table think differently. What makes them different? It’s not necessarily that they know more. They simply notice more. In a world designed to compete for our attention, noticing has become something of a lost art. We scroll, swipe, and rush from one thing to the next, often seeing only what we expect to see. Yet intellectual wellness begins with something surprisingly simple: paying attention.

“In a world full of distractions, attention is a form of wellbeing.”
