Virtual fashion (a) lot of today’s social media celebrities use the latest fashions to build their online personas. By (b) their photographs taken in different outfits, they are able to influence what people buy and do. Many followers copy their role models by buying ‘throw-away’ clothes. This has a devastating effect on the environment.
