The event explored the latest research into healthy-ageing, dementia prevention, medication management, therapeutic exercise, evidence-based osteoarthritis care, and the relationship between depression and dementia. The presenters focused on maintaining health, strength, mobility and quality of life through evidenced-based approaches. Researchers detailed how their work is being translated into practical ways to help maintain health and independence.
