Progression On successful completion of this course, you can progress onto the new T Level Technical Qualification in Catering, Apprenticeship or seek employment in the hospitality and catering industry. Entry Requirements You should have a good record of achievement, good references and have already shown a commitment for your chosen profession. At interview you will be expected to show an understanding of the catering industry and a strong commitment to the course.
