In 2007 Angela Hartnett was awarded an MBE for services to the hospitality industry. Angela is committed to training the talent of the future. She has employed many of our former students at her restaurants, provided exciting and stimulating work placements and visits the South Downs Campus to provide talks, guest chef events and technical expertise to our students.
