Assessment All of the units will be assessed through assignments and will be graded Pass, Merit or Distinction. Progression On successful completion of the course, learners with a Merit/Distinction and tutor recommendation may progress to the Level 3 Diploma/Extended Diploma course in IT or apply for a Level 2/3 Apprenticeship in an IT-related area. Entry Requirements Four GCSEs at grade 3 or above including English Language or Mathematics or BTEC Level 1 Diploma in IT at Merit Level.
Overview This course will provide the necessary practical skills and qualifications for learners to pursue a variety of careers in the IT industry. You will be taught how to use industry- leading software such as Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Muse CC. You will also develop valuable employability skills related specifically to the IT industry, gaining experience in using both Apple Mac and PCs. Structure
