• Job Title: Senior FM Project Manager

Knowledge and Experience • Degree or equivalent in relevant subject. • Thorough and comprehensive relevant post qualification experience at a senior level in the development of FM services. • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders across construction and client teams to successfully deliver and operationalise the hard and soft FM service strategies of a large scale, complex new building. • Experience of managing and collaborating with complex and diverse stakeholders. • Experience of financial management. • Experience of Higher Education Capital Development. • Membership of relevant professional body. • Some knowledge of public procurement processes (OJEU) and new forms of building procurement methods. Demonstrable experience of: • Contract Administration & FM work stream Project Management. • Developing and implementing building operational and maintenance service strategies and procedures in a large scale environment. • Implementing a building BIM strategy and knowledge of BIM in building operation. • Soft Landings methodology for the occupation and into operation of a large scale new building. • Knowledge of the following areas: • CDM Regulations. • Health & Safety Legislation. • British & European Standards/ codes of practice.

• Procurement and Handover procedures. • Building related Statutory Compliance. An understanding of liability and contract law.
