2026 Benefits Open Enrollment Begins on November 5 NOVEMBER 5 – NOVEMBER 19, 2025 All benefits eligible associates must login to the new benefits platform during this open enrollment period to create an account and verify information and benefit elections for accuracy. If you would like to have a Health Spending Account or Flexible Spending Account in 2026, you must re-elect these benefits each year during the open enrollment period.

Within the new platform you can make selections on your own or check out the newest features like the interactive Virtual Assistant, Online Chat, Medical Expense Estimator, Find a Doctor, and Compare Plans tools to help you complete your enrollment with confidence. This upgrade brings an intuitive interface, streamlined navigation, and improved tools to help you estimate expenses and make confident benefit choices for 2026.
MEDICAL PLAN CHANGES
HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA) CHANGE FOR HDHP PLAN MEMBERS Your existing medical planmay be changing in 2026. Be sure to review updated costs, deductibles, copays, out- of-pocket maximums, prescription drug, and provider networks in your 2026 Benefit Guide. Open Enrollment is your only opportunity to make changes to your benefit elections. Montage International is no longerofferingadollar-for- dollar Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution for High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP). Instead, associates enrolled in the HDHP who elect to contribute to an HSA will receive their annual employer contribution at the start of the plan year as a large lump sum contribution to aid in paying for medical expenses at the beginning of the plan year. To receive your HSA contribution in 2026, you must be enrolled in an HDHP plan for 2026 and accept the HSA terms and conditions. View details in your 2026 Benefit Guide.
