Client Self-Enrollment
To begin enrollment, clients need to click “ Start Your Quote ” > enter their zip code > demographic information and dependent information (if any) > select the product and plan they want, then complete their application(s).
After your client completes those steps, you will receive an email advising you that a client has “ Self-Enrolled ”. It is your responsibility to acknowledge (or sign) the application. (This is acknowledgement is not required for DVH, DVH Select) See more on Slide #8
To approve the application, log into your agent portal, then launch the ManhattanDirect 2.0 site.
On the righthand side of the 2.0 landing page, above the section “ Create New Quote ”, you will see how many application(s) need to be approved as well as the “ Review Button .” ( See image on slide 8 ).
