1 Zero-out-of-pocket tuition may be possible when the Preferred Military Rate is combined with other forms of financial assistance, such as military TA or federal Pell grants. The Preferred Military Rate, which is $250 per credit hour for both undergraduate and master’s-level courses, is available to all U.S. active-duty servicemembers, National Guard members, and Reservists. Military family members, including parents, spouses, legal partners, siblings, and dependents are also eligible to receive the Preferred Military Rate. The Preferred Military Rate supersedes all university grants and special promotions and cannot be combined with other special pricing.
