Wednesdays at 6:00 PM This is a physically challenging class for all levels. You will gain strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. Get ready to sweat! POWER YOGA (HYBRID) This class includes a warm-up, vinyasa flow then strength training with yoga poses followed by stretching, cooldown and relaxation. Saturdays at 8:30 AM YOGA FUSION (HYBRID) Mondays & Wednesdays at 8:30 AM The Wednesday class will incorporate the use of the stability ball! Gain core strength, balance and more! PILATES (HYBRID) SPECIALTY CLASSES
Thursdays at 4:30 PM (45 minutes) Work onbalance, flexibility, and light strengthening. It will be helpful to have a chair and a couple of light weights. FOREVER FIT (HYBRID) Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 PM and Saturdays at 10:00 AM We’ll work all major muscle groups with options for dumbells (or other weights), tubing, and sometimes body weight. STANDARD CLASSES TONING & ABS (HYBRID) Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30 AM A combination of Step aerobics, full-body toning, and Pilates! This class is offered in-studio only and is not available on Zoom. STEP UP CIRCUIT (IN PERSON)
