INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 375. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or baking mat. Half jalapeños lengthwise, removing all seeds and tough membrane. In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients, Mix well. Spoon filling into each jalapeño half. Arrange in rows on your baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until filling is lightly browned and jalapeños are softened. Best served warm, store refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
