The Arc has helped over 100,000 individuals with disabilities live their best lives in their community. Together, we will continue to create an inclusive society that will provide an improved quality of life for the individuals we serve as well as gratifying employment opportunities for the staff who support them. Through our advocacy work, The Arc promotes inclusion and creates tangible changes in our communities and the lives of people with disabilities. We are embarking on an exciting three-year strategic plan that focuses on five pillars: 1. Employee Culture of Excellence: To enhance and elevate our organization culture and workforce development to be an employer of choice 2. Information Technology: To develop a solid infrastructure that supports and maintains a high-functioning organization via technology-based solutions 3. Diversity in Leadership: To provide a greater depth and breadth of experience and perspective that will allow us to better relate to the communities we serve 4. Donor/Board Development and Corporate Volunteerism: To build a development plan that expands our footprint in the community, improves agency recognition, and advances board membership and fundraising 5. Understanding our Value Proposition: To support and maintain quality, effective programs and services that support our mission and advance a dynamic workforce that sustains growth We stand shoulder to shoulder with the valiant founders, parents, board members past and present as well as the countless friends of The Arc who have brought this organization to where it is today! Continue to achieve with us as we pave a progressive path toward the future. Thank you for your support, Abigail Parrilla
