Executive Program: GRCS Remap and Reshape GRC Implementation

Executive Program

Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) is not a new term. Facing the ever-present uncertainty, organizations are faced with the need and obligation at the same time. Organizations are required to regularly review and re-assess policies, strategies and guidelines as part of their business processes. Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) press release dated 28 July 2020 through letter SP52/DHMS/VII/2020 encourages financial service continue to improve the implementation of GRC. One of the consideration is to face and anticipate various uncertainties with various risk variants, including cyber security, competitors behavior, climate change, geopolitical dynamics, and other disruptions. As a member of the Institute Chartered Accountants and Open Compliance Ethics Group (OCEG), I believe that the acceleration of the implementation of the GRC and sustainability has become a necessity. As an association member (IGRC) and founder of the certification body (LSP GRK Indonesia), I do responsibility to support the structural and fundamental GRC in various entities in Indonesia. I believe that the Executive Program offers many advantages and new opportunities to create breakthroughs and enhance the implementation indeed.
