Firstly, I want to thank each and every one of you for your dedication, hard work, and commitment to doing your best. Your efforts haven't gone unnoticed, and it's clear that our determination as a team has and will pay off. I'm excited to announce that we've achieved remarkable results on Booking.com and, earning an impressive score of 9.0, Medallia top of our region and TripAdvisor 37 way above our Compset ! This success speaks volumes about our relentless pursuit of excellence and our focus on providing outstanding service to our guests. Let's take a moment to celebrate this accomplishment and recognize the impact of our combined efforts. However, while it's important to celebrate our successes, we also need to stay focused on what lies ahead. Our next goal is nothing short of ambitious: achieving Forbes 5 Stars. This prestigious recognition is within our grasp, but it will require us to push ourselves even further and strive for nothing but the best in everything we do. In addition to our pursuit of excellence, I want to emphasize the importance of our GOR and EBITDA. It's a key metric that reflects our financial performance and sustainability. Let's keep a close eye on it as we move forward. Looking ahead to the second quarter, let's tackle our work with renewed determination and energy. Together, we have the ability to bridge any gaps and reach even greater heights. Let's keep pushing ourselves, supporting each other, and collaborating to surpass our targets and achieve exceptional results.
