myriad Botanical gardens

Crysta l Br i dge Conservatory at Myr i ad Botan i ca l Gardens Since its opening in 1988, the Crystal Bridge Conservatory has remained the centerpiece of the Gardens, home to thousands of tropical and desert plants. A complete renovation of the interior conservatory spaces is underway to enhance visitor engagement with a more diverse plant collection, interactive educational exhibits, improved ADA accessibility and a museum-quality gift shop. A grand re- opening will take place in fall 2022. Red Earth Arts Cent er Reopening in a larger space inside the south lobby of the BancFirst Tower, Red Earth’s new home will feature permanent and rotating American Indian fine art, an expanded gallery, plus enhanced retail space showcasing Native-made gifts and art.

B l essed Stanl ey Rother Shr i ne With expected completion in summer 2022, the Shrine Church will be a beacon of faith. The site includes a replica SpanishMission-style church, plus a museum featuring artifacts from every stage of Blessed Stanley Rother’s life and information about his martyrdom and beautification. Bar K Oklahoma City will be the second location for this bar and restaurant concept with a furry fan base. Bar K is set to open in the BoathouseDistrict on the Oklahoma River – featuring fast-casual dining for both owners and pets, plus

stone, metal finishes, vault doors and safes. The basement and ground floor will be a mixture of retail, restaurant and commercial spaces. The Great Banking Hall will be utilized as a public lobby and event space. AAA Rout e 66 Road F est If you are a Route 66 enthusiast, keep an eye out for a new event in summer 2022 at the OKC Fairgrounds. This multi-day festival will include vintage cars, local and regional musical acts, plus exhibits and vendors exploring America’s and The Mother Road’s rich history. Lower port i on of Sc i ssorta i l Park Scissortail Park is a 70-acre urban oasis extending from the core of downtown Oklahoma City to the shore of the Oklahoma River. While the first 36 acres of Scissortail Park are open, the remaining 40 acres will open in 2022 just south of the Skydance Bridge.
